| Doubtful this is ok. Read the ingredients--are all those things on the acceptable food list for induction? Soups like those are generally loaded with preservatives and other things not allowed and are generally no nos, ESPECIALLY for induction. This is not just about net carbs, it's about eating appropriate foods as well.

It has ingredients that aren't really the most beneficial for you like MSG and corn starch isn't conducive to weight loss either. I would suggest making soup with the ingredients that you like in this soup and then you can control what goes into it. It may stall you... or not, but I think something out of your kitchen would taste much better.
