| toomuch cheese 3-4 ounces is the limit for the whole day we need to efficiently fuel up with the correct octane each time so have some of your 3 cups of veggies with some protein and some fat every time you eat. you violated the 6 hr ruls by not having a snack 6 hrs after breakfast if you were not hungry during that period

| i see.. thanks alot...i didn't know a snack was mandatory for induction hehe.. yeah...i know i've got too much cheese...i told the lady cooking omelet to put only 3 oz of it..but she just put handful of it in...and i figuered that it was abt 5 oz....does it make the weightloss stall? it's okay to have unlimited red pepper powder without sugar right? what abt soysauce? I had about 3 tablespoon of it today// |

| according to www.fitday.com 3 tablespoons of soy sauce are 4 carbs, but their figures are sometimes an 'average' rather than an accurate number. You really ought to check the label on your particular brand of soy sauce to make sure. As for the snack that 2big talked about, that is mentioned in rule 1 of Induction rules Quote:
