| I think your menu looks ok..... one of the more experienced ADBBer's will let you know for sure. But don't get discouraged by the scale... Are you measuring yourself? I was on a stall for over 2 weeks on the scale but i was still getting smaller. Another thing is TOM might be around the corner, that will make you hold more water. 1 more thing... make sure your sausage dosent have added sugar Misti |

| Hey, I haven't measured myself but that's a good idea I should go and do that because I'm about to throw the scale out the window! So does it matter what type of scale you have? I have one of those digital ones that you add batteries too but am not sure if that was such a good idea, maybe the old fashioned ones work better. |

| Hey Kimberly! Your menu seems alright to me! The measuring is a very good tool as the scale does lie! It's good practice not to weigh yourself every day or at all during the two-week induction period. Otherwise, the food you listed all seems legal (except perhaps the cider vinegar). Are you drinking coffee or caffeine? Those sometimes hold people up.
