Atkins Phase: 14-day Induction

Default Please review my menu.

Breakfast 2 scrambled eggs with 2 slices of American cheese and 2 strips of bacon.
Lunch 1 can of Tuna rolled up in a lettuce wrap.
Dinner Chicken breast(boneless/skinless) broiled with a small (2 cup) salad with bacon and 1 slice of cheese with Caesar dressing.
Snacks 1 hard boiled egg as needed but not usually.
I also drink 80-100 ounces of water a day.

Looks good to me, but you may want to try adding a little more fat in there...Have you tried using Fitday.com to track your intake? It'll give you all the stats you need for a successful meal plan. Also, just check out the type of American cheese you use. Some of the super processed cheese food types have more carbs than regular American.

Actually, I'm jealous. I wish I ate chicken more often.

Well, if you are in induction...you're probably fine with the 2 cups of salad and the lettuce wrap! Remember, 3 cups of salad veggies OR 2 cups salad veggies and 1 cup other veggies. However, there are worse things than going over on your veggie intake!
