| Looks good to me, but you may want to try adding a little more fat in there...Have you tried using Fitday.com to track your intake? It'll give you all the stats you need for a successful meal plan. Also, just check out the type of American cheese you use. Some of the super processed cheese food types have more carbs than regular American.

| I would probably throw in a little more veggies, but other than that, looking good. Actually, I'm jealous. I wish I ate chicken more often. |

| Well, if you are in induction...you're probably fine with the 2 cups of salad and the lettuce wrap! Remember, 3 cups of salad veggies OR 2 cups salad veggies and 1 cup other veggies. However, there are worse things than going over on your veggie intake!
