| Looks fine to me - except the 'creamer' might have added sugar and hydrogenated fats in it - check the ingredients to make sure it is OK. Water looks a bit low if you only emptied that one-litre bottle once! We need to drink 64 ounces plus another 8 ounces for every 25 pounds we want to lose. As long as you are eating when hungry and untill you are no longer hungry, and not eating more because you have put the food on your plate or because you have 'spare' carbs in your budget, and only eating from the allowed list then you are doing well! Keep up the good work.

| Looks like you might be having a bit too much cheese. If you experience a mini-stall or anything...that should probably be the first thing to go for a bit. Otherwise, looks pretty good.
