| Well you are doing a good job of getting in your new OWL foods. However you seem to have misunderstood about how much fat we need to eat. Check out Not2late's stickie about fats. You are at about 75% for yesterday which is more then we need to run our Atkins.Small amounts of fat are added to the proteins and carbs not whole sticks for a meal.
