| what is early rise breakfast? remember your still have to eat the 3 cups of induction veggies plus 5 net more of them each day split amoung your meals. the next question is did it take all that food to satisfy your hunger? we only eat to satisfy hunger and stop even if we got food on the polate room in our belly and carbs in our budget.

| HAHAHAHa LOL!! I thought... you might have thought it was some low carb pre-prepared food! 2big, after I explained the rest of my veggie intake, did it sound better as far as the carbs and veggies are concerned? I really appreciate your wisdom. I have read alot of your input on this board and I know YOU KNOW what you are talking about. |

| for the day yes but only 4 for breakfast is a bit low. Also be careful with those cherry/grape tomatoes. they have been breed fro higher sugar content and can cause blood sugar issues for many. Also the carb counters aren't keeping up with the higher sugar content of them either.

| Okay, I will go back to regular tomatoes. I usually eat 1 cup of baby spinach at each meal with an added veggie or two. |
