Default 2nd Day-OWL Rung 1

Here is my menu for breakfast is this okay. I was able to increase my carbs from my original induction menu plus lower my fat a little. I figure if I eat like this at each meal and around 400 - 450 calories that would put me at about 1500 calories per day which is where I think I need to be to continue my weight loss adventure. Also, I am averaging around 20-25 grams of carbs per day. I do not eat more than 25 gr. of carbs at all. What do you think?

2 large eggs (scrambled)
158 Calories (10gr. fat,13gr. protien,3gr. carbs)

2 Tblsp. Heavy Cream
17 Calories (2gr. Fat,0gr. Protien,0gr. Carbs)

Early Rise Breakfast (1/2 serving)
282 Calories (24gr. fat,16gr. protien,2gr. carbs)

Cherry Tomatoes (5)
18 Calories (0gr. Fat,1gr. Protien,4gr. Carbs.

Breakfast Total Calories - 475 (36gr.fat,29gr.protien,9gr.carbs)

My percentages are Fat 69%, Protien 25%, Carbs. 6%

Total 9 carbs. less 1 dietary fiber for a total of 8gr. of carbs.

what is early rise breakfast? remember your still have to eat the 3 cups of induction veggies plus 5 net more of them each day split amoung your meals.

the next question is did it take all that food to satisfy your hunger? we only eat to satisfy hunger and stop even if we got food on the polate room in our belly and carbs in our budget.

I got it from Lindas Low Carb Recipes. I make it with hamburger, bacon ,eggs, cheese, & cream. I ate a total of 9 carbs for breakfast. 4grams were from tomatoes. For Lunch I ate "Faux Potatos" and 1/2 cup of squash, plus a serving of pumkin custard. This was a total of 15 Carbs. So far my fiber is 4 grams, thus a net carb count of 20. I will he having 2 cups of spinach and a moch danish for dinner. At the end of the day I will end up with a total of 24 net carbs. I, usually, eat more veggies in the morning, however, this morning I didn't.

I didn't think I ate a ton of food this morning. And, I was REALLY Hungry. However, I probably didn't need to eat all that I did now that I am looking at this. I will do better and pay closer attention to eating just to satisfy hunger.

HAHAHAHa LOL!! I thought... you might have thought it was some low carb pre-prepared food!

2big, after I explained the rest of my veggie intake, did it sound better as far as the carbs and veggies are concerned?

I really appreciate your wisdom. I have read alot of your input on this board and I know YOU KNOW what you are talking about.

for the day yes but only 4 for breakfast is a bit low. Also be careful with those cherry/grape tomatoes. they have been breed fro higher sugar content and can cause blood sugar issues for many. Also the carb counters aren't keeping up with the higher sugar content of them either.

Okay, I will go back to regular tomatoes. I usually eat 1 cup of baby spinach at each meal with an added veggie or two.
