| You could also try upping your water intake, as that has been known to break stalls. How long have you gone now without losing weight? as officially a stall is no weight loss for 6-8 weeks and no inches lost either. Rich

| I'm also wondering why just coffee in the morning. You need a little sumthin sumthin in the morning to get the furnace stoked! Maybe an egg with a piece of bacon, an omelette, anything. It doesn't have to be eggs either! A piece of meat with some cheese. But eat in the morning! And, yes, I agree with the others, chuck the jello. Aspartame is a Frankenfood! Check out the dessert recipe forum or this website (http://users3.ev1.net/~fontlady/) for some great Induction-friendly sweets. My personal favorite is panna cotta. Try to get in at least another 20 oz of water as well! Good luck! Stacy

| I find that my body needs that first meal in order to get the process going. And breakfast can be anything. I have had cheeseburger salads or left over chicken legs. Sometimes just a piece of celery and a cube of cheese. I used to skip breakfast all the time and it hindered my progress. Hope this helps.

| Absolutely! Breakfast is now my official favortie meal of the day! It took me a while tog t used to getting up and cooking, but now I look forward to it when I go to bed. Your body needs some fuel in the morning, so help it out!
