| Have you read your DANDR? if so reread chapoter 11. Those 3 cups of required veggie eatting are there for a reason. you need to be having some carbs(veggies) some protein and some fats at every meal. think of yourself like a car running on super gad. you can't fill up with premiun one time and regular the next and figure the tanks averaged for the day what you needed cause you were too rich and too lean running all day. pork rinds are a snack food not a meal unless you use them as an ingredient in something like mock french toast or as a dipping tool. Spread your veggies to all meals check your taco bell ingredients as the meat seasoning has sugar in it according to our memeber who mananged one. As far as the amount of food you had that will depend entirely on your body. We eat only enough food to satisfy our hunger and stop even if we have food on the plate room in our belly and/or carbs in our budget. it it is a few bites or a whole plate that is the correct amount of food for you to eat that meal. some days you will be very hungry and others you will be using that 6 hr rule to have to eat. | See if you can make time in the evenings to prepare something that you can easily grab on your way out in the mornings. Maybe boil some eggs, or make some of Pau's breakfast quiches http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ead.php?t=5569 (Induction breakfast ... for a change) You could even put some veggies into these to help spread them across the day.

| a nice ounce of cheese with some finger food veggies would have been a better option for a quick running out the door very few of us got to the point we needed atkins loving veggies. but like introducing any new food to a kid just keep making it and trying it. you are going to be surprized how much your tastes change when you can actually taste the sweetness of the veggies cause your tongue isn't numb from sugar over kill.
