| The types of food you have chosen or are eating seem good to me. I would strongly urge you to eat more often. You don't necessarily have to eat three meals a day...how about 5 small ones or snacks? It's a good idea to spread your veggie carbs out throughout the day. Looks like you are on the right track. Are you drinking your water too? ![]() Typically hamburger and eggs have enough fat along with your snacks of choice (cream cheese, pepperoni, etc.) so I wouldn't worry too much. If you think you need more you can jsut try having some cheese for a snack. Just keep it within the allowed amount. Good luck!

| Yea, food choices look ok. But I agree, you really need to eat more frequently, your metabolism will stall if you're only eating 2 times a day. And as Higgies said, don't forget your water!

| Thanks guys! I am getting in about 120 oz water/day, and I forgot to post that I am in extended induction. Edit: I took your advice, and ate more often yesterday... I actually lost again today!! YAY!!! Thank you so much!!!!
