| It looks fine to me, Kim. In fact if I lived nearer you I would be asking for an invitation to that delicious breakfast!! I am assuming that you were eating the quantities mentioned because you were hungry, not just because they were on the plate. If I remember correctly you are partway up the OWL ladder so yogurt and the extra veggies above the induction limit are on-plan for you. It would be a good idea to put the stage of Atkins/OWL rung you are currently at into your signature if you can, so anyone who hasnt 'met' you here yet doesnt assume you are asking for induction-level advice.
