| You eat 3 cups of veg total. Those 3 cups are divided as either 3 cups from the "salad" list or 2 cups from the "salad" list and 1 cup from the "other vegetable" list. Also which book are you using for your foods list? I ask because I see you are eating tomatoes as though they are on the salad list. The books published after Dr. Atkins died allows this but they fail to say that tomatoes are technically fruits and have a rather high sugar content.

| I am using updated DANDR which is the one published after he died. Ok will cut out the tomatoes. Thanks

| Yeah, the only comment I'd make is to cut down on the veggies in general or review the salad list and other list. The tomatoes you can have, but in limited quantities as they are on the "other" veggies list. Otherwise, it looks pretty good...how ya feeling??

| Higgies, I feel much better after reading your post thanks! I was getting a little discouraged this morning after weighing myself (I just couldnt help it). I feel much better than I did yesterday though, no headache or weakness. I feel much more energetic & happier today Will cut down on the veggies from now on and stay of the "Scale".

| Good to hear! Do you know what your carb/fat/protein ratios are? You can enter them into something like Fitday.com and it'll give you an idea of how it's all panning out each day. This'll get you acclimated to this WOE. Good luck!
