| Jello? I'd skip it. How much hamburger/chicken? Do you use fitday.com to monitor percentages? Do you weigh your food or guess? How much weight do you want to lose?

| Sometimes I use fitday, not like I should. Jello has 0 carbs. Why skip it? Just curious! I measure everything except meats. I only eat til satified though. I need to lose about 40lbs. I lost 10lbs on ind. the first week, then cheated alittle and now back on strong. Its been another week and my pants just dont feel lose. I know Im constipated. Thanks for all the help!
