| Just always remember to feed your hunger only. Stop when you're satisfied but not stuffed. You should be just fine. |

| Thanks Dream. I'm a rule of thumb person so am I right in saying if I do eat more to sastify my hunger it can be fat or protein... not carbs... right This is all so new to me and I've a hundred questions or more

| When you're really hungry and needing a snack, the best thing is something with fat and protein together. That seems to satisfy hunger the best. I like to crisp pepperoni in the microwave and sprinkle with a little cheese. Or some cream cheese spread on a piece of ham or turkey and rolled up is good. |

| Don't ever go hungry on Atkins. Stay very full. You can have LIBERAL amounts of meat, fish, eggs, 4 ounces of cheese and 3 cups of veggies on induction. No problem with the extra kabobs. keep on eating and you will be fine! Also know that when your body adapts to ketosis your appetite will decrease naturally with no effort requried on your part. |

How do you do the pepperoni??? I love that stuff. I'm Italian, and when I was little my grandma always took us to the Italian Market (at least once a week). She would always buy a pound or two of sliced pepperoni and a loaf of Italian bread. We would go home, and munch on it ALL DAY!!! Awww, I love my Grandma

I just put the pepperoni on some paper towels and microwave it for about a minute and a half, or until it's nice and crispy. They make great little chips to eat plain or you can sprinkle them with a little parmesan. I've dipped them in sour cream occasionally too. Now I'm hungry... I should go to bed... |
