| Have you tried using a website like www.fitday.com to keep a log of your food intake? I found it very useful when I started eating Atkins. I dont think you are eating enough food in general, Courtney! If your body thinks there is a famine it might be holding on to all it can. I assume you eat eggs and cheese, as the mock danish has both in it? Maybe a cheese omelette with your salad? Some vegetarians eat seafood which has lots of good nutrients as well as being tasty. Do you eat tofu? that is allowed as it is what Dr Atkins called 'soy cheese' on the induction list.

| Yes, I would agree with Eli. You aren't eating enough and the fact you are eating the same thing every day is probably something your body doesn't like too much. I believe the peanut butter might be a problem also. Are you using a natural or low carb version? Nuts really aren't allowed in the induction phase. You could add some natural peanut butter in OWL. How about ditching the diet soda? Adding some tofu would really up the amount of protein you get, and probably help out.

| Was looking through the menus to see what is good and what is not. I had no idea tofu is okay to eat during induction! I can eat it raw right? |

| Yes - but you do need to stick to the limit of 3-4 ounces of all cheeses (Dr Atkins knew tofu as soy cheese so counted it in that section)
