| Heya Dixie, one thing I noticed is that you already know the things you are doing wrong: Too much sodium Not enough veggies Milk You probably already know the Diet Dr. Pepper has ceffeine and aspartame which we should avoid, but doesn't look like you are going crazy with it. Not much else to really comment in since you already seem to know the things you need to change, it's more like you jsut need to make yourself make the changes if you see what I mean. One thing I thought might be good to mention is the Taco Bell taco salad. Taco Bell seems to be one of the few places where you really just can't find anything Atkins friendly - unless you just eat the iceberg lettuce and nothing else Here are some examples of things you might normally think are OK: Seasoned Beef Beef, Water, Seasoning [Isolated Oat Product, Salt, Chili Pepper, Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Oats, Soy Lecithin, Toasted Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Soybean Oil (Anti-Dusting Agent), Black Pepper, Oregano, Cumin, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Citric Acid, Caramel Color, Cocoa Powder (Processed With Alkali), Lactic Acid, Natural Flavors, Natural Smoke Flavor, Modified Corn Starch], Salt, Sodium Phosphate. Carne Asada Steak Beef, Water, Seasoning [Modified Potato Starch, Salt, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Carrageenan, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Spices, Hot Sauce (Aged Red Peppers, Vinegar, Salt), Citric Acid, Sugar, Dehydrated Vinegar, Soybean Oil, Natural Flavors, Soybean Lecithin], Sodium Phosphates. Sauce: Water, Seasoning [Salt, Caramel Color, Modified Food Starch, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Maltodextrin, Dextrose, Garlic Powder, Xanthan Gum, Onion Powder, Beef Stock, Vinegar Solids, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Sugar, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Succinic Acid, Soy Lecithin, Beef Fat, Potassium Sorbate)], Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, BHT. Salsa Diced Tomatoes, Diced Green Chilies, Tomato Concentrate (Water, Tomato Paste), Fresh Onions, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Salt, Modified Food Starch, Citric Acid, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Spices And Natural Flavorings. Guacamole Hass Avocado, Water, Tomato, Onion, Sugar, Salt, Cilantro, Erythorbic Acid And/Or Ascorbic Acid, Citric Acid,Dehydrated Garlic, Sodium Alginate, Xanthan Gum, Jalapeno Chili Powder.

| Noon – 4 beef strips from a night hawk tv dinner Not legal. Most tv dinners are filler x1000 with some meat. Filler= carbs. 10:30pm – a few sips of milk…I know…not legal 7:30am - 4 card scrambler from Krystals (bacon, egg, cheese in a cup) and 1 ½ sausage patties I wouldn't trust that this sausage is legal. Again, premade stuff from other places IMO have a higher chance they have fillers. My buddy on here had eggs from IHOP. Guess what? They put pancake mix in it. Whoddathunk? 8:50am - ½ a diet dr pepper - Bad Noon - ½ a diet dr pepper, Bad 4pm - 1 can Armour Vienna Sausage - Did you check on the ingredients? I haven't had those in years, but I think they might have sugar and filler. 4pm – 1 all beef hot dog - check the ingredients for sugar and filler. 7:30pm – taco bell beef taco salad (no shell) - never good

| I think the main thing is WAYYYYYYYYYYY too much processed food. Processed food has added sugars, sodium, starches, and to top it off, it's pricey. If time is an issue, go grocery shopping once a week and prep all your food for a week that same day. Cut up veggies into snack bags, grill a package of chicken tenders or chicken breasts and keep them in the fridge for an instant snack or meal. Boil a dozen eggs and keep them handy. Make your own beef jerky. You can even boil omelettes! BOILED OMELETTE: 1) Crack eggs into a recloseable sandwich baggie. I usually do 2 eggs, but you can do 3, too. 2) Add seasonings, veggies, cheese, etc. 3) Seal the bag and squish ingredients around with fingers until well-blended. 4) Drop into a pot of boiling water and let it cook for 15 minutes. 5) You can flip it occasionally, or poke it to let the raw egg surface, but it WILL cook through completely in 15 minutes. I ate these all the time, in fact, I used to eat them everyday. While it was boiling, I used to go do my makeup and get my workout clothes ready. By the time my omelette was done, I was ready to go! Now, I'm not saying NO processed foods--sometimes that's unavoidable. I eat pepperoni occasionally, but NOT daily. More like a couple of times a week, and only a few slices at a time. One final rule...if it's NOT ON THE ACCEPTABLE FOODS LIST, don't eat it.
