| I know isn't it great that you can eat that.. Don't worry after a couple of weeks you will cut back on that much food but its great in the beginning.. |

| Fat can be your friend! Yes, cook them in fat if that is what you like. Fat is filling and satisfies your appetite. Dr. Atkins says that eating fats helps wtih fat burning and weight loss. It is one of the guilty pleasures of this WOE. Enjoy!
