| Hello Mjlanham2, Sorry to hear that you haven't experienced weight loss on this WOL yet. But, don't fear nearly everyone loses on this plan. A couple of things occur to me: - How much do you aim to lose and what is your height? If you don't have much to lose loss will be slow, even in induction. - Are you measuring your portions of salad and veggies? Also water? Can make a difference. - make sure you check ingredients in absolutely everything. Especially processed meats like bacon for sugar. - Lots of people find that Atkins bars stall their weight loss and people tend to avoid them. It can be useful to do at least induction without anything not on the list of acceptable foods in order to break habits (such as eating any kind of bar) and cleanse the system thoroughly. Hope that helps - anyone of the above can prevent loss in some people. Let us know how it goes -Fianlly have you got your vitamins and exercise on track too? |

| First thing I would do is stop eating the Atkins Bars. You didn't mention portion sizes or anything. Are you eating enough? You won't lose weight very well if your body thinks you are starving. It will hold on to whatever fat it can! So eat up!
