| Sounds like an A+ meal to me One thing I learned about corned beef....rinse well to remove the excess salt it's packed in. Good job digging out the carrots! |

| I love broccoli slaw--is that the recipe from the package? Same one I use! My parents raved over it and I just smiled and said "gee, thanks" like I slaved over it for hours. Yeppers, just pick out the carrots and you'll be fine.

| Well I kind of did use the recipe on the bag. I just exchanged the sugar for the splenda. Everything else was low carb already. I love it as well. Just one more thing to have quickly as a snack. I always feel like the veggies are normally with dinner, a salad, or to plain. So this is some thing nice to have around when I am having a busy day to make sure i get the right amount of veggies.MMMMMMMMMMM |

| It's REALLY good too! So much better than cole slaw. In fact, my BOYFRIEND who is the pickiest eater known to man, LOVES broccoli slaw! It's a perfect snack, too, because it's a veggie AND it's got fat! You can eat it by itself and not send your blood sugar into outer orbit.
