| Hello! Think out of the box for your breakfast, you dont have to have breakfast foods, my fave is dinner leftovers!! bacon and eggs is fine though, can you not add a few mushrooms or something? its best to try and get something out of each food group into each meal, in my opinion. You're not really eating enough veggies, you should be eating 3 cups, 2 "salad" and one "other" Green beans and broccoli come in the other, as does tomatoes - Lettuce comes under the 2 cup category, so if you're only eating 1/2 cup of one cup veggies your not eating enough - cucumbers, mushrooms and newly added spinach all come under the one cup list so you need to be getting those up a bit. Bacon Rinds will be salty so be careful, though they are perfectly legal they could make you retain water, they do most people! Is your ranch dressing carb free? Are you drinking enough water?

| I agree with Emma, you need more veggies! Also, your breakfasts seem really smal. Are you satisfied by your meal portions? Obviously you don't want to stuff yourself, but you also don't want to be dpriving yourself.
