Default Day 1 Induction Menu : Monday, June 17th

I'm RE-starting Induction on tomorrow... here's my menu...

Does this look ok?

Breakfast:
2 cups (4 oz) of decaf coffee with heavy cream
2 scrambled eggs
2 slices of ham

Lunch :
Salad with chicken breast, cucumbers, and roma tomatoes
w/Ranch dressing

Dinner:
Salmon
green beans
side salad with/cucumbers w/Ranch dressing

Snacks: 2 hardboiled eggs, and/or deviled eggs/2 pickle spears

Water: 90 oz.

Exercise: 40 min. on treadmill

hmmm..well it looks excellent! if i were being picky i would say add a few more veggies in the mix (unless your portions equal 3 cups then your okay but i can't tell from your entry) and make sure your ranch has no added sugar....other than that...perfect!!! hope my 1st day menu looks like that tommorrow!!!!

June 25th: goal=165 MET GOAL JUNE 10TH!!
July 2nd: goal=160

July 30th: goal=150
August 13th: goal= 145 and 15 inches lost
August 30th: PT test/Weigh in for the Naval Academy!!!
Inches lost since May 28th: 2.5 Thighs, 1 hips, 2 waist
