| I'm sorry you're having it rough. Looks to me like you need to cut back on the cheese. Check your book for cheese limitations. Also, some people have had yeast problems, you might check that out--if you are having yeast problems, that will definitely cause stalls. Also, have you lost any inches? Sometimes after you lose quite a bit, you hit the Post Induction Stall Syndrome--Some call it PISS. Appropriate because that's the way you feel. It doesn't mean you aren't losing inches and a whooshie can appear at any time. Hope this makes you feel better, and I'm sure others can help more than me. Good luck, and stick with it, it will move eventually.
