| The first rung of OWL as stated in DANDR 2002 is to add 5 net carbs of the induction-allowed vegetables - which do not include carrots (OWL rung 8 ) but do include onions. Looking at the veg you listed I see 2 cups from the '1-cup list' plus perhaps some celery (from the 2-3 cup list) so you would be short of your veggies unless you have 2 cups of celery and assuming the extra cup of brocolli/cauli includes your extra 5 net carbs of these as well as your one cup from induction levels. Some other items you list are not OWL rung/level one foods either: Walnuts are allowed on rung 3 Oranges are allowed on rung 7 Good for you for checking on future menu items instead of eating it then asking
