| I know for me it is a pain in the butt, but I also like the peace of mind knowing I am on the right track, so I log all my foods eaten for the day into fitday.com. If you are able to do this ahead of time, you can make sure to make good choices for the entire day, ensuring you get enough fat (65%) and protein (30%) with the remaining 5% for carbs. This is a free sight and allows you to track you weight and any activities you may also want to commit to.

| Absolutely can't forget the water. Your veggie intake is too low. I strongly recommend fitday too. I have the PC version. Either version is precious help when trying to respect your percentages! Good luck! |
