| Looks fine to me, except for the sugar free jello. I highly recommend trying to break the sweet tooth and the best way to do that is to completely cut the stuff out. Plus, most sugar free jello is made with aspartame which is a known staller. I also would recommend trying to get more nutrient dense vegetables than cucumbers and iceberg lettuce. Jicama or sweet peppers are some of my favorites. Jicama has lots of FIBER and the sweet peppers have lots of vitamins....plus they are just yummy. I also highly recommend going the route of 2 cups of "salad" veggies (jicama and sweet peppers are both considered "salad" veggies) and 1 cup of "other" veggies like broccoli, pumpkin, cauliflower, spinach or greens...something like that which has more vitamins and fiber. Note that I keep mentioning fiber. Fiber is VERY important. Cucumbers and lettuce don't have much fiber...they are mostly water. Without enough fiber, you'll get constipated. Don't want that to happen. So, focus on tweaking the veggies just a little bit and you'll be fine. I'm glad to see you are getting your water and exercise in. That's awesome! Sounds like you are off to a really good start and just need just a couple small adjustments. HOORAY!
