Food Questions

Technically I'm a newbie at this WOE

and, starting today, am on extended induction. I became sort of inventive with my food options lately (they may have been made up b4 but if I'd have known that I wouldn't be here lol)and was hoping that I could get them critiqued by some of you, more experienced, fellow low carbers

(please keep in mind that I know the daily Atkins limit for these ingredients)
The Super Delicios Amazing Abracadabra Omelette: 7.5cb (I count over a bit for safety)
3 eggs
2oz mozzarella cheese
1tbs diced green onion
1/4cup chopped tomato
1/3cup sliced mushroom
My questions on this are- Is it safe to eat all of this at once? Is it possible that it may slow my weight loss?
I don't eat both of these in the same day.
The Crustless/Crust Low Carb Pizza: 5.6
1 SUPER thin pressed hamburger patty
1/4cup chopped tomato with juices
1 1/2oz mozzarella cheese
10 sliced olives
2tbs diced red onions- (not sure of the carb amount, have to look it up again)
My question on this is the same as the latter. Any advice on this is appreciated thank you
