| Sorry I only just noticed your post!! Your menu choices seem fine to me, with a good variety of veggies spread across the day ![]() The easiest way to see if your seasonings up your carbs too much is to set up a free 'account' at www.fitday.com and log all your foods including seasonings. It does take a while to work out how to log everything but is worth the bother IMO. Here is a useful thread about how to use it. http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ead.php?t=5235 (Fitday!) when you have set up your account it is possible to make it 'public' so you can post a link to it and invite others to check your daily menus for more advice. To do this click on the 'home' tab and scroll right down to the bottom of the page and click on the 'make my journal public' button to get a url you can copy and paste here. some people add it to their signatures to save work.
