| how much of the veggies did you have? over 3 cups? or within your limit? whats the lemonade sweetened with? diet cokes is sweetened with aspartame which you should try and avoid sugar free pudding? 12 carbs!! yikes?! thats not good and im gonna guess thats a no- no, what are the ingredients?? your menu looks very scrummy!!

| i just put the pudding in the trash ( thanks for the tip) i went to walmart and bought pepsi one ( splenda sweetend) the lemonade is a crystal light type add to water drink Last edited by disneydiva21; August 15th, 2007 at 08:35 PM. |

| good for you for ditching that pudding ![]() Remember we are allowed up to 3 servings of sweetener in total per day, so watch the sweet drinks consumption - one serving of drinks is reckoned to be 8 fluid ounces (one cup). Also your sweet drinks dont count as part of your minimum water.
