| I eat them. Two bacon cheeseburgers no ketchup, extra pickles. I ditch the bun and use the two burgers on the outside with the "stuff" in the middle. I've never had any stalls from it and it never kicks me out of ketosis (mind you I don't do it every day, or even every week). I prefer Wendy's though, it much better quality, but we don't have one very close by, so I don't have that very often either.
