| your protein was too high for yesterday!! are you cooking your meats in butter? and your veggies? even adding some cheese would change your percentages! just remember that if you eat too much protein it will turn to glucose which is not a good thing to happen! as your only on day 4 you're coping the best way you can so dont worry about this too much, but you really need to try and get those fats up... what about mayo? can you eat that?

| I can eat mayonaise no problem but the one thing im worried about is that im in south korea at the moment and i cant check the nutrition info on anything. So basically with the mayonaise im afraid it could have carbs in that i wouldnt know about. Generally are most mayonaise's okay? I wish i was back home so badly right now, might be a bit easier to find something to eat..... |

| as long as you get one that isnt a "light" mayo, i would say you're good to go, just stay away from low fat and diet stuffs... do the best you can in a bad situation!

| sorry me4ls I dont want to hijack your post but my percentages for today are 64%fat 32% protein 3% carbs (totals 16 carbs for the day), how do u add to ur carb intake if Ive already been allowed the 2cups of lettuce and 1 cup veggies? |

| those percentages look fine! if anything (if you really wanted them to be spot on) you'd remove something from your protein, but i wouldnt bother, they look pretty good to me!

| I used to log my intended menus into fitday in advance so I could 'tweak' them to get the percentages better if they were a lot out. There is a good thread about adding/taking away fat in the 14-day induction forum http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ad.php?t=17102 (How much fat do I need to eat?) Sometimes you dont have to change things much to get the right results.
