| I don't like fit day. I use carb counter. But I think you'll get better responses if you post this in the "menu section" of the boards because I think people actually review your menu for you and can guesstimate it. You can give them a link to your fitday. |

| Two things I see. One it sounds like you are not subtracting your fibre to reach your "Net Carbs" (it sounds like it should be lower based on what you posted). And two, you are not eating enough fat, upping your fat will increase your overall calories and bring your ratios into balance. Good luck! |

| How do I add fat to my diet? Sometimes I eat olive oil w/ my veggies (cucumber, peppers), as a dip. I do, also, fry my green beans and other veggies. And thank you for moving my post whoever did it. And thanks for the responses |

| Hoping, when I started using fitday I got a bit confused with the quantities that are used by default - like one cup for eggs or meat instead of one egg or chop!! and it wasnt till someone else looked at my entries and pointed this out to me that it started to make sense. In case that is happening with you, why not post a link to your 'account' so members can look at your actual entries and help you 'tweak' your menus. To do this once you log in to fitday click on the 'home' tab. then scroll right down the home page till you see a button called something like 'make my journal public' click on this button and you will be given a link you can paste here. It will end somehting like 'owner=yourname'
