| I'm glad. It is kind of my guilty pleasure. I drop the kid off at her mom's, go work out and then sit in the cafeteria and eat one....it's so nice to not have to clean up and for $2.50 a day....well enough said. |

| I often have omelettes as well as fried and boiled eggs. They are a good food source with 61% fat, 37% protein and 3% carbs. The only thing to be careful of when on induction is that some people make omelettes with added milk (or even pancake batter which contains flour) which is not induction-legal, so you need to make sure they make yours out of just eggs plus the fillings and no added milk etc.
