| Hi Liv! I'm in Alberta, so we're neighbors! Yep, I'm on day 11 of induction and so far, so good. I'm feeling much better. It's hard to resist the urge to weigh myself every day though...lol! Thanks for reviewing my menu. How long have you been doing Atkins? |

| My husband is from Lethbridge. I been on Atkins since November. It has been wonderful to feel good and lose weight. I have a scale phobia so I have to force schedule weighing myself.
