| Your menus look fine to me, Mary. Are you still on induction or on OWL? With another 30 pounds to lose before you reach goal you need to start climbing the OWL ladder soon so you dont get there without learning your CCLL and testing foods to find if any affect you adversely. The only alteration I would make would be to have some of your veg carbs with each meal. I know on induction (3 cups max) this is difficult to do, but on OWL rung 1 you would have more room for manouver!

| I'm still learning how to do OWL.... I'm going to keep reading a little more before I make the move. But I'm aiming for next week.
