| I'm no expert, I'm a retread also just returning... For my limited expertise, your food looks good. The olives sound good but might be a bit much with all that cheese for just starting out. I got this from the Atkins website "Special Category Foods To add variety, each day you can also eat 10 to 20 olives, half a small avocado, an ounce of sour cream or three ounces of unsweetened heavy cream, as well as two to three tablespoons of lemon juice or lime juice. But be aware that these foods occasionally slow down weight loss in some people, and may need to be avoided in the first two weeks. If you seem to be losing slowly, moderate your intake of these foods." Just an observation. Good luck to you. I'll be around |

| AS DNNC said, your menu choices look 'legal' as long as you are sticking to the quantities allowed in DANDR. The Atkins website nowadays has 'updated' it's thinking and their induction menus include foods that are NOT on the allowed list - in particular their bars, which include non-induction ingredients no matter what the packet info says, so you would be better off reading DANDR to make sure you are not following the wrong rules ![]() We have a list of the induction rules and foods on our FAQ forum, as well as a wallet sized induction list that you can print out and have with you when you go shopping or order food. http://adbb.org/forums/showthread.php?t=3982
