| You need to arrange your meals to fit in with your lifestyle, so if it suits you it is not 'strange' ![]() The only suggestions I would make are 1. try to have 'some' veg with your first meal if you can, to spread out your veg carbs throughout the day 2. According to the '3 cups' rule you are eating half a cup above your 2 cups of 'salad veg' plus one cup of 'other veg' or combination of the two alternatives, but as one member used to say 'no-one ever got fat from too much salad veg'

| Elizellen, thanks for the suggestions. Today I did have some carbs at breakfast, I had a piece of the quiche I made that had mushrooms and onions in it. I guess I'll just make sure there are some left over veggies to put in scrambled eggs in the morning. That should do it. |
