Re: menu for day 6 | | Are those the only veggies you eat?! As you wrote, you have 1/2 cup broccoli and 2 tablespoons mushrooms & onion (how do you measure a tablespoon of mushrooms?  ).
If you are on induction, you should be having 2 cups of salad veggies (low in carbs) and 1 cup of 'other' veggies (higher in carbs).
