| Looks pretty good to me. How is it going? Have you had induction flue? Are you losing any weight? Do you drink only plain water with this or something else?

| My third day I had the headache and felt yukky for a couple more days after that, but now feel pretty good. I don't have scales so I won't weigh until I go to the doctors again, but I can feel my clothes getting more comfortable so I know something is happening. I took my measurements when I started and plan to measure after 4 weeks. As for drinks, sometimes decaf tea, sometimes crystal lite, with breakfast it's usually decaf coffee, the rest of the day is water all the way. |
