| It looks as if you are getting the hang of this menu planning, Dnn ![]() Strictly speaking just a tad over on your veg (by 1/2 cup salad), but as one member used to say - no-one ever got fat by eating too much lettuce

| I thought I might be over on the salad, I'm finding figuring the veggies a big pain in the kiester, but I'm learning. Today I had veggies in my breakfast too, and that means I'll have to cut them for dinner. I'll get it though, my health depends on it. |

| And when you move to OWL rung one you can add 5 net carbs more of the veggies which will make things easier!!
