| Not sure if you are eating too much cheese or not as I don't know the amount in the recipes. It does look like you are not eating enough veggies though. You need two cups of salad and 1 cup of legal veggies daily. So add a salad to your lunch and dinner. Read the book so you know how to do the steps correctly. This will give you a greater chance at success at keeping the weight off. And drink your water.
