| I don't see much to suggest, it looks pretty good except you should also list what you are drinking as it seems many people drink "diet" drinks or coffee and those can be stallers. You probably need to be more specific on the salads you are eating. You don't list the amount you are eating or what is in them so I'm not sure how big those salads are but you should be eating three cups salad veggies or 2 cups salad veggies and one cup of "other" vegetables from the vegetable lists in the book. Using the vegetable lists is important, if you salad contains carrots for example that is something you'd want to cut out as they are shockingly high in carbs (and not on the induction acceptable food lists).

| I calculated your menu. Given that I assumed your salad was made up of (lettuce, cheese, and dresssing) and I don't know your exact measurements of dressing/cheese...I did my best to do a realistic count...in fact I even kept things on the low end. You're consuming a very low amount of carbs (about 12), and the majority are from your salad dressing...we're supposed to get most carbs from the veggies we eat. also, you're consuming about 3550 calories/day! I'm not sure your size, but it sounds like it would help to cut your portions down some. So if i were you...I'd reduce my fat intake by a little. Add a few more carbs (in the form of veggies)..substitute your italian dressing for one lower in carbs. and reduce portions. Maybe start by having 1.5 steaks rather than 2. Or 7 chicken wings, not ten...etc. If you do it gradually, you wont notice a huge difference in food intake, you wont be starving, but i bet you'll see the scale move! good luck! eggs: 1.2 10 12.4 bacon: .1 6.3 1.9 cheese: 0 9.35 7 butter: 0 14 0 cheese: 0 18.7 14 dressing: 4.5 21.6 .3 lettuce 1.2 .6 3.0 cheese 0 9.35 7 chicken 0 66 91 beef steaks 80 100 salad 5.7 40.3 17.3 carbs: 12.6 (9 from italian dressing) fat: 276.2 protein: 253.9 cals from protein: 1015.6 cals from fat: 2485.8 cals from carbs: 50.4 total cals: 3551.8 28.6% protein 70% fat 1.4% carbs |

| On induction most of us dont have to count calories, but eat when hungry and till no longer hungry but it is 'possible' to eat too much of 'legal' foods and not lose weight. Are you recording your food intake at one of the websites that calculate carbs etc, like fitday.com? That site will work out for you some idea of what someone on a 'normal' (lowfat) diet would need to eat caloriewise to lose weight, which isnt necessarily what someone on lowcarb needs to eat, but might give you soem idea of where you stand.
