| sounds good to me. i think it is good that you are spreading your vegetables out through the day. I am assuming nothing fried is breaded and you are drinking lots of water. Way to go! |

| Hi, looked good to me too. I would recommend you try some more vegetables. You never know what you will like now that you are an Atkins girl. I found that there are veggies I really like now that I could not eat before. So give yourself a chance and try them. Veggies is a major part of Atkins eating not during the weight losing phase but also after.

| Thank for the replies! I do love my veggies, but of course they would be the bad ones, lol...potatoes, corn, etc. haha I will experiment though, thanks! |
