| I think your menu looks good. You could probably introduce more variety in your veggie department as you move along. Good look on the satisfied vs full battle. I guess that is something to learn in this journey. Are you losing weight?

| I agree with Liv, you might want to add in some different veggies. I always find lettuce so boring! I can only have it once a day! And it's not the most nutrient packed veggie either so it might do you good to mix it up a bit! I agree with you about finding it hard to know when you're satisfied. That's something I'm still working on, too! For years and years I just ate until I was stuffed so it is hard to know what satisfied (rather than full) feels like! We'll get there though! And it is great that we are working on it! |

| You'll realize the satisfied sensation soon. It took me a month or so before I figured out what that was. I'm normally an overeater so it was a big thing for me. Your menu looks great! |
