| Are you a man or woman? How tall are you? What do you weigh? Its hard to tell you if you're eating too much as we don't know how much you SHOULD eat due to the lack of info You eat a heap more than me.... probably double or tripple what I do a day... I eat: 2 eggs for breakfast. 3.3 ounces of tuna in oil for lunch, with one stick of celery and a small piece of capsicum (bell peper) and a tbs of mayonnaise Maybe i tiny piece of cheese for a snack 200g of meat plus 1 cup broccoli for dinner I also only have 10 pounds to lose... but im a girl, 5'4, 118 pounds and 22yrs old...whats your stats?

| are you eating beyond satisfaction? are you stopping when you're full? those are also questions you need to consider. i would question that spam. i haven't ate that stuff in month of forevers and certainly it was pre atkins. you might want to take a look at the ingredients. i'm guessing sugars and fillers. i'd opt for the sausage links and/or bacon
