Question 1st day of OWL menu

This is probably ALL wrong...so please correct me if so.

B- 1 fried egg...1.5 small porkchop...1 cup spinach

L- 6oz grilled steak, fat eaten....1 cup cucumber

D-8 small fried unbattered chicken wings....1 cup spinach....1/2 tsp ceam cheese

S-1 cup cucumber

64 oz water

I mean i dont know if im allowed the 4 cups of veggies or not...i did fit day and it came to a total of 20 grams of carbs.
The spinach is the new item that im trying....I normally only eat cucumber, lettuce, tomatoe, squash,or zucchin, I do not like the other veggies on the list so this is what i have to work with.

Im having very very slow weight loss so if there is something im doing wrong, please please tell me.

Hi ariannasmom, your menu looks good. Keep up the good work. Are you exercising? What are you frying your wings, eggs, porckchops in (butter, olive oil)? You are doing great! That is a very significant weight loss. This way of life is working for you. Hope this helps.

Yes it looked good to me to. Do you know how many carbs you were eating on induction? You would want to increase carbs with about 5 new carbs on OWL one. If you were going by the cup measure, I am guessing probably not more that 12-15 and 20 would be a good start.
Have you tried radishes or jicama? They are good snacks too.

Exercise does seem to help and it does not have to be a lot. I really recommend starting with Walk Away the Pounds.

Hi,
Yes im exercising i do tyebo 3-4 times a week. My carbs were around the 12-15 mark not very many at all. I have tried raddish but DO NOT like them, lol. I did try and find the Jicama at the grocery here in Toronto and could not find them anywhere. I use vegetable oil is that acceptable?
Thank you for the replies, I was hoping i was doing it correctly! lol

I buy jicama at Superstore here in Saskatchewan. I guess that would be Lowlaws where you are. They do not always have them in so when I find them I really get a couple. I love the crunch of them.

I like making soup with veggies. That's what I did on the first OWL rung and then there is cauliflower casseroles and cauliflower pizza.

Tae bo is great stuff.
I lose slowly too. I hope you will have a whoosh one of these days.

Longos and Loblaws both carry them, they are usually by the avocados. If you ask, the workers may not know that they carry them, so look for them your self.

Here is what you are looking for:
