| Hi ariannasmom, your menu looks good. Keep up the good work. Are you exercising? What are you frying your wings, eggs, porckchops in (butter, olive oil)? You are doing great! That is a very significant weight loss. This way of life is working for you. Hope this helps. f4n |

| Yes it looked good to me to. Do you know how many carbs you were eating on induction? You would want to increase carbs with about 5 new carbs on OWL one. If you were going by the cup measure, I am guessing probably not more that 12-15 and 20 would be a good start. Have you tried radishes or jicama? They are good snacks too. Exercise does seem to help and it does not have to be a lot. I really recommend starting with Walk Away the Pounds.

| Hi, Yes im exercising i do tyebo 3-4 times a week. My carbs were around the 12-15 mark not very many at all. I have tried raddish but DO NOT like them, lol. I did try and find the Jicama at the grocery here in Toronto and could not find them anywhere. I use vegetable oil is that acceptable? Thank you for the replies, I was hoping i was doing it correctly! lol |

| I buy jicama at Superstore here in Saskatchewan. I guess that would be Lowlaws where you are. They do not always have them in so when I find them I really get a couple. I love the crunch of them. I like making soup with veggies. That's what I did on the first OWL rung and then there is cauliflower casseroles and cauliflower pizza. Tae bo is great stuff. I lose slowly too. I hope you will have a whoosh one of these days.
