Question Is this how I should be eating....

Today's menu consisted of

BREAKFAST:
2 eggs (sunny side up)
3 pieces of pork bacon
24 oz water

LUNCH:
1 cup of romaine lettuce and celery
2 oz canned tuna
1/2 tblspoon mayo
1 hardboiled egg
splash of olive oil and red wine vinegar
24 oz water

snack:
2 oz of Gouda cheese
12 oz water

DINNER:
6 oz poached salmon
1 tblspoon butter
1 cup of cooked broccoli
splash of olive oil
24oz water

16 additional oz of water throughout day (during workouts and between meals)

Fitday says that I only hit 14 net carbs....Where should I make alterations?

I don't think vingegar (other than raw unfiltered apple cidar) is ok for induction. That's the only problem i see.

your menu looks great. i don't know about the vinegar thing. Remember it is a maximum of 20 net carbs. Less is fine

Thank you both for your replies...I will use the raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar instead...

It seems to me you are shortchanging yourself on veg in that menu - you could have eaten another cup of salad veg like mushrooms, cucumber, peppers, jicama etc.
