| I don't think vingegar (other than raw unfiltered apple cidar) is ok for induction. That's the only problem i see. |

| your menu looks great. i don't know about the vinegar thing. Remember it is a maximum of 20 net carbs. Less is fine |

| It seems to me you are shortchanging yourself on veg in that menu - you could have eaten another cup of salad veg like mushrooms, cucumber, peppers, jicama etc.
