| I also wanted to add that I know I didn't eat enough vegetables today. Meant to but I got full, LOL. Actually I've been eating a salad with chicken and romaine lettuce and a great no sugar ceasar dressing for lunch the past few days. Ran out for today. I also try to have 2 vegetables with dinner, cauliflower stuff and zucchini with mushrooms last night for example. Still in the middle of reading the book, but I think I'm doing okay. -Stacey

| Hi Stacey, your day didnt look too bad to me. Don't get down on your self for trying. Sounds like you know you could tweak this menu a little so i won't. All i would suggest is you need to plan ahead. Break this eating out cycle if you can't eat on plan. Your doing great so far! |
