| That looks really good to me. And Yummy too. You don't say how much shrimp and steak you are going to do - make sure you do not skimp and that you get plenty of good fat and protein in. Have you started to use fitday?

| looks good. I'll bet with your steak/olive oil/butter/eggs/bacon/cream cheese that you're getting enough fat in and might want to do without the pork rinds. Maybe substitute a veggie snack? I'd follow Liv's advice and plug it into fitday though, you know your portions better than we do. |

| I made an account at fitday, but I could not figure it out. It sounds like I need to make that a priority. Thanks for checking out my menu. Edit: I think I figured out fit day.
