| You are a bit heavy on dairy there - you are not on that rung yet so if you're stalling watch it. Cutting down on some cheese may bring your calories down some. Not sure whether that would be helpful for you or not. I would not sweat the calorie part though. You could eat more veggies to make your net carb go up to 25. But most importantly I would get rid of that Atkins shake. It is a known staller for so many people (me included). So try cutting it out. Your salad sounded very yammy and healthy. What are drinking through the day?

| The first thing I see is the heavy cream. It stalls me instantly. I would cut down to a few tsp in your coffee and let the rest go! See how that works!
