| Yeah I went out with friends and sorda forgot to eat [[wow first time youll hear me say that haha]] and a serving is like actually im not sure, i just put the whole package on the grill =/ |

| You probably should pay attention to your amount. Just so you know how much you are eating. I like fitday as a way to keep track. You may want to look into it. Also try not to skip meals but at least have something to eat every six hours. Otherwise I too taught it looked like you are off to a good start.
